The acoustical design of an auditorium is different than that of any other high school space, because of the specific demands of the performing arts, which distinguish the auditorium from a common lecture hall. The auditorium will provide many students their first introduction to performing arts, both as audiences and as performers. We would like for this introduction to be a positive one, and we strive to provide a space that is highly functional, artistically flexible, easy-to-use and satisfying for performers and audience.
Library
The library provides many children with their first chance to use and enjoy a library. The school library is a welcoming place for study and reading. The school library is to support the students and teachers by providing access to current, adequate and appropriate information resources.It is also to ensure that all the students, teachers and staff are effectively using the ideas and information. The library encourages the love of reading and development of student’s independent learning skills.

Hostel Building
The Hostel facility at Navyug Group Of Education is a real home away from home. The Hostel is run according to the guiding principles laid down by Rev. Master. These principles form the anchor that guides us all every day.Children are cared for as though they are living in Master’s home, and as if they are Master’s children.
No effort is spared to ensure that they are brought up with the highest spiritual principles.
They are always treated with kindness and love but firmly in matters relating to behaviour and discipline.
There is adequate time for work and play and entertainment.
If and when they require, there is also additional teaching available within the Hostel.
The school has excellent infrastructure for sports and games.
Children are permitted to contact their parents on a preset and regular schedule.
Computer Lab
Today, all over the world, Information Technology (IT) has become an integral part of the lifestyle. Navyug Group Of Education integrates IT into the curriculum, with the state-of-the-art computer laboratory that has latest hardware and software with high-speed Internet connectivity. There is a very healthy student system ratio of 1:1. Faculty assists the students to brows the Internet in a filtered way to gather information relating to their subjects, projects in hand and also to update their knowledge. Language labs at Navyug Group Of Education are very handy as students coming from different countries initially find communicating difficult.Students can utilize them for their reference in their project works. By using the login ID and password, parents can access student’s information online and note their wards progress by logging on to the school website, thus being aware of their child’s activities on a day-to-day basis and being actively involved in the child’s progress.
Reading Room
We foster a love of reading and library usage by offering a diverse range of books and resources to suit all interests and abilities. It is a supervised meeting place and social area for students to read, work or relax with friends during break and lunch-time, and students are encouraged to take an active role through volunteering as Student Librarians.The Reading Room also supports and promotes a love of reading through regular whole school Drop Everything And Read sessions.
The Reading Room is a purpose-designed, eco-friendly space. It includes a smartboard-equipped classroom area, individual tables for small groups, a comfortable soft-seating area and, of course, books, books and more books. There are 10 fixed computer workstations for student use, as well as printing, photocopying and scanning facilities. The lighting and space make it an ideal venue for displaying student artwork and outstanding coursework.
Laboratory
The Navyug Group Of Educationhas well equipped laboratories For Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Students are encouraged to use these laboratories to learn through experiments. Every year latest instruments, specimens, charts etc. are purchased for these laboratories.Multi-purpose science labs that can support different disciplines are important. Biology, chemistry, physics – these subjects require different materials, facilities and teaching methods, and therefore have different requirements for a laboratory environment.
Lightweight furnishings and non-fixed pieces of equipment can help create a flexible classroom which can be altered and changed before or during a lesson. As curriculums and class sizes continue to change and grow, it is important that all science laboratories can accommodate this.
Dance & Music Room
There are separate, spacious and well equipped dance and music rooms in the school building which facilitate the creative, aesthetic and artistic nurturing of the school children. Both these rooms are well-equipped with musical and dance instruments and all the technical equipment required for the above purpose. Getting refuge in music is necessary to break the monotony of studies and refresh the mind. As Music is the food for soul our school provides a well quipped music room with trained and devoted teachers.Dance and Music room explores students to a wide range of music and dance forms. Children are groomed in both Indian and Western forms and put up amazing performance in the School functions.Music is the food of the soul. It is the source of solace and upliftment.
Vocal music training is given to the students and children are taught to use various instruments like Congo, Bongo, Harmonium, Casio and guitar. Indian and Western Indian dances like classical, folk and contemporary dances are taught in the school.
Audio-Visual Room
Our school’s teaching philosophy goes beyond classroom education and we ensure that we supplement the theoretical instruction with audio visual aids. To assist us in this effort, our school has a fully equipped Audio Visual Room which simplifies learning through multi-media facilities. Students have access to facts in a more interesting manner and can view presentations based on various subjects and other value based information. Through these aids, the teachers are able to disseminate knowledge via movies, wildlife documentaries, animated videos and talks by well-known and respected personalities that provide an insight into our country’s culture and heritage. These audio visual sessions are highly interactive as the teacher has the capability to pause the recording allowing students to ask questions and take maximum advantage of the learning being imparted.
Play Area
The Outdoor play area is designed with naturalized plants, trees, flowers, water, sand and also with a wide variety of play opportunities from, slides, monkey bars, and stairs to see-saw. For the children of the pre-primary section, a well-planned and safe play area ensures that the children get the physical exercise they need and keep them well occupied and help them stretch those growing muscles.
Sherwood High has some world class courts on campus for a range of games, but sometimes, for the little ones, an indoor play area can bring on a lot of smiles. Our indoor play room is spacious, and takes up with 15 children or a classroom at a time. The room has a large section covered with windows that are child-proof and that bring in ample sunlight.
